   Call back for help in activation of new SIM got against damaged SIM

   Hello all, I got a replacement SIM for damaged SIM from your store on 01-December 2020. Requested for Name change in your records as Prathima. Earlier shows as "Usha". The staff had told that they would call back on my alternative number in 3-4 days. But still there is no update from your team.
