VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE BY THIS DEALER, SPOILT HOLIDAY IN MYSORE

I was supposed to have been connected but it did not happen and i had to pay another visit 4 hours later at considerable discomfort and strain upsetting all my holiday plans and yet I was not connected. Finally, I paid a visit on Monday and had it connected. I left for CHENNAI on 11/10/16 and again there was no connection. As a doctor I lost a lot of important information. The service provided at the branch in MYSORE was appalling. All the staff were so used to MULTI-TASKING that the customer in front of them was not taken care at all. They were answering several customers at the same time. I felt deeply frustrated and disappointed having paid nearly a thousand rupees. I had to pay 3 visits and wasted a lot of precious holiday time in MYSORE because of this misadventure. I shall warn my friends in time,never to use AIRTEL ever. On your visit to airtel store, you would be required to carry the documents listed below: Photo ID proof: Address proof: One Passport Size Photo: Duplicate SIM charges of Rs.25/- apply. Your duplicate SIM will be activated within 04 hours of applying for the same. For your convenience, we are including the list of nearest airtel store.
