Complain - not satisfied with your executive at saket branch
Dear Airtel - mai kal date - 7 September 2018 ko sham ko apne postpaid mobile ka payment bharne gaya tha samay tha 6.30 se 7 k bich... Waha par aapke staff k total 7-8 member the.. Aur customer sirf 2... But uske baad bhi aapke outlets k executive ne ek chote se payment lene me pure 30 min laga diye... Waha pr piche side me jo lady bethti h... Unse jab kaha gaua ki payment le lijiye to madam badi hi baddtmiji se kahti hai free to bethi nahi hu. Aapko rukna padega darsal wo ak customer ki sim update kr rhi thi Pr mujhe lagta hai 2 min lagte hai payment lene me wo kam bich me bhi kr skte h... Customer service is first priority for u.. Mene suna tha... !!! Par sorry esa kuch nahi h... Ek madam idhr se udhr ghum rhi thi... Ek sir coins ginne me lage the... Aapko yakeen na aaye dear to please check ypur camera footage between 6.30 to 7.00 pm approx... Black T-shirt me mai alag hi dikh jaunga... I totally upset with ypur work... Aapka samay - kimti hai Aur customer faaltu hai... Use aap bithakr rkhenge... Apna kaam baad me nahi kr skte h... Bad.. Totally wrong executive in the store of saket.
