Charging for Porting out
I went to this store to port out my number to airtel. The store keeper asked me, I need to pay Rs. 130 as a processing charges for porting out. I talked with customer care, they inform me there are no additional charges for porting out. Once I told her about this fact, she said I don't know too much, contact with store. So what normal people do? Due to the some dishonest people of airtel, the brand names are malign. I hope airtel must think about that. Specially when the reliance gave a huge challenge in telecom industry.
