   Very disappointing and dissatisfactoty service

   Sir/mam I would like to register a complaint regarding your airtell office services mohali 3b2. The problem is that i wanted a broadband connection, i had submitted the documents and charges on monday 17th October. The service provider told me that my connection will b done the next day, but this did not happened. Sir today is Friday, 21st October and still the connection is not done. I had called Mr. Inderjeet as his number was given to me by the service provider. He told me that my documents have some problem, the service provider must have told me the exact problem. I am very disappointed by your services. Please take a strict action. Thank hou

   Terrible service

   My SIM was defective and replaced TWICE at this store . Still not working. Manager and staff very unprofessional and rude Disgraceful and gives AirTel a very bad name
