   Worst service,,,if

   One of the worst service is providing this pharmacy,,I never seen this kind of service before,,, I asked clearly 500ml renu liquid but he given 335ml liquid after payment I took that product but it's a lesser quantity then I asked for a exchange he couldn't make it ,,,then amount also not returned,,,,, Wrost and stupid sales man are teir in the pharmacy,,,

   Wrost service,

   Madanapally ( NTR CIRCLES) branch appollo pharmacy is a worst service pharmacy I never saw this kind of service before,,, Stupid and neglect sales person are got a work in this particular branch ( madanapally NTR CIRCLES appollo pharmacy) If I ask Renu liquid 500ml They will give other quantity,,,,once billing finished after that I checked a product it's not a I required quantity of ask for it exchange or refund then they will starts arguments. You payments are not refundable and not exchangeable,,, Just I asked for exange and give me a 500ml but it not possible and wrost response will be reply will comes ,,,, Any how I never saw this kind of a service before,,, Stupid service,,,

   Invoices

   I have not received single invoice handed over the counter,and they stated they will update in my Apollo account but single transaction not updated along with this they are not responding properly.they are stating that cash back won't be there if you are asking to add that bill to your Apollo card and they are giving 3%discount if you are taking medicine without invoice. I don't think Apollo has this type of policy,please make an eye whether the internal system is working properly. Thank you.
