Order no. 801117426 not delivered till date

I have ordered grocery worth Rs. 5300 from big bazaar devendra nagar raipur store and paid online on 9th May 2021 still it is not delivered to me. However in order status it is showing delivered on 14th May 2021. Big bazaar is a cheater and worst service. They are fooling people and looting people's money. Moreover all the phone numbers are switched off and they are not responding on the complaints. Pathetic. Big bazaar must shut down. useless.
