Wrong product given

I ordered Borosil water bottle but I did nit get that.Instead I was given a local cheap bottle with No brand ,no outer box packing no label....Not Borosil brand. Also I have nit got 1kg sugar free in my 1st purchase. Big Bazaar Aditya Mall Indirapuram is a cheater. Not picking the call
