Unpaid amount of Rs 609.00

On 19.05.2021 I paid Rs 1150.00 by gpay,buton 20.05.2021 rec'd. products of Rs 531.00(order no-809134416).On query I was told the balance amt of Rs 609.00 will be returned to my gpay account within 30.05.2021. But till date I have not rec'd the amt. Please do the needful Adrija Das 9434156841

NO REFUND OF CANCELLED ON LINE ORDER NUMBER - 831662152 TILL DATE.

I ordered online groceries from BB Sentrum Mall, West Bengal on 04Feb22 of Rs. 2483.69 vide Order Number - 831662152. Contacted numerous times to Customer Care BB Sentrum Mall but the result is NIL. Every time there is some assurance to do something for the refund but 03 Months passed, still waiting for the money back. I expect that Big Bazar will take some positive step for my refund.
