VERY POOR IN PROBLEM SOLUTION

I bought a washing machine. After almost 10days till installation is pending. Engineer has been visited my place and commented as a damage piece to my washing machine. It is a Bosch brand. Bosch denied to replace it. I purchased from Croma. Croma expectation is that customer has to give tested and okay certification in a just 2-5 min product verification. This is really pity that Croma is not at all on a way of customer satisfaction.
