I go to croma at crystal mall rajkot but your floor manager lady not talk with us respectfully.and Saturday i go and enquiry about refrigerator he call me 26000 and next day i go to buy then she telling me that price hike of 28000 and her language is very shameful.

Installation services
I am chirag sabhaya. I have bought one plus tv from croma crystal mall, Rajkot,Gujarat. It's been four days since the TV was delivered but still no one has come for installation. I am calling customer care daily and telling them, they say it will come today, tomorrow but no one has come yet......Chrome's service is very bad. When we go there to buy a new item, he says we will give you good service, but if we call after purchasing the item, there is nothing. If I went to Chroma with a complaint, they said that an engineer will come from one plus....and if I called one plus also, if I bought a TV from Chroma, then they will send an engineer...but no one has come yet. ... the service is totally useless..
