Issue related to customer service and new mobile display issue not resolved
I purchased my phone 12th December 2022, and automatically a small spot arised in 20 days. The person who helped us with the phone gave us a protection plans stating that croma will get each and everything resolved if any problem arised with respect to phone. I noticed the spot a small spot on my screen and submitted my phone to chroma linking road after keeping my phone for 4 days with croma customer service I received a call from corma stating I had taken 3rd party insurance and my issue is not resolved. Now a new cover screen dent has come and again there is no help. I need strict action as I wasn't informed about third party and croma now stated that we need to take care of the damage by contacting the 3rd party itself and croma will not look into it. Why the heck am I expirincing this when I buy each and every thing from here. Very poor service Please look into it and contact me. Highly unsatisfied. I need my phone to be fixed other I will complain to consumer court. My number 9167463328.
