Regarding exchange

A denim pant was purchased for a 12 year old girl . Since it's pandemic,I couldn't take the child to the shop.so the size was incorrect and when I went to exchange, they are not ready to accept, no further notice was given that return or exchange will not be accepted.Very bad experience from easy buy ,kannur central mall branch.
