I have brought IFB washing machine 2 years before and now i am facing voltage issues , So i have called for enquiry for stablizer as opinion but that who taken phone he was not responding for 15 mins , after that i cut the call , This how thier behavior after sales Very worst ever seen !!!!!!!!!! i will not recommend to anyone to buy the product from Girias
Wrong commitments
I had bought a IFB microwave oven from your Girias Virugambakkam branch in the month of Dec during Christmas.. I was told that there is an offer of a free roti maker alongwith the IFB which I took. Inspite of our best efforts, the roti maker was not working properly & we had gone to the showroom to complain about it. To our surprise, your own staff were saying that this product does not work . In that case, why is it given as a free gift quoting Rs. 2300/- worth gift free. I wanted the product to be replaced with a zebronics head phone set ( wireless headset, wired head set & a Bluetooth speaker). The manager gave us a fresh roti maker & asked us to wait for 2 to 3 days so that he could give the headphone set. When my wife visited the showroom last week, the manager gave a single piece headset & said that they can give only a single piece only as it's an exchange of the old gift. I don't understand the logic & clearly the manager has gone back in his word. We had given back the roti maker.ro the dealer & said, we don't require any free gift from you as we found is awkward to fight so much for a free gift which is advertised & promised by you. Poor service & wrong commitments by your Virugambakkam showroom. I am a regular customer of your Virugambakkam store where I have purchased my washing machine, refrigerator etc earlier. It's very sad to get such a bad service from you.

i went to Girias Tambaram to Lakshmi Brand grinder,they showed Vijayalaksmi brand & claimed both lakshmi & vijayalaksmi have merged,but lakshmi since 1963 is still a stand alone company & they have no delears in chennai,they sell directly from their west mambalam office,such false informations from sales person & the store manager is very much frustrating,rude behaviour & careless response from Store manager is not acceptable,i have returned the product & expecting the refund from Shop,i request for speedy action in this matter & expect prompt refund for the product than dodging the customers,as the lock down is about to follow dont give excuse & make the customers to wait for the payments.

I purchased godrej refrigerator from girias tambaram showroom on 13-8-2021....i recieved the product to my home on 17-8-2021. The product gas is already leaked due to any pre existing physical damage. We asked for replacement. Showroom incharge is not responding properly. One of the worst response i have ever had... None of the managers contacted us till now...regarding our complaint..

i purchase samsung qled90a smart tv (date 14/10/2021 shivamogga branch) and pay full amount that day. but offer item (home theater and soundbar) is not reached. poor service
Worst Attitude
I bought a Bosch Washing machine recently from Girias Mahalingam Nagar ( T nagar) branch. Manager Kumar's approach and attitude from the beginning was rude. Having asked me to come to stores for finalizing the deal, he changed his promise of offering one year extended warranty. I argued and said it is for sentiment that I am approaching Girisa, whereas I have lot of options. To manage situation, he made debit card offer,which I never like EMI options. From there onwards there was delay in delivery, for installation purposely he did not inform Bosch and neither Bosch was also bothered to come for installation, Girias promised to send their contract person for collecting old machine. Even after 10 days till the old machine is lying with us, everyday Kumar throws some words. I could not get price for an Aqua Guard product. Ultimate is that Girias have a customer care number, which none responds. This is an horrible experience and I will NEVER EVER choose to buy from Girias. If anyone know their Head office contact details please share, I would like their management must be aware of this.

WORST BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR STORE MANAGER MR.JANAKIRAMAN
Dear Sir/Mam , Ten months before we purchased an 55 inch Samsung Television from your Show room at Avadi Chennai 71, with an cash back offer . I have been walking to the Avadi chennai show room steps for the past two months but as on date there no response from your firm , instead they are re-directing the issue casually. And no one is ready to take the responsibility to solve the issue. Finally now they are asking me to climb the steps of Bajaj Finance Corporate office at mount road. This is not the healthy way of business from M/s Girias. The firm Mr.Janakiraman at Avadi show room is speaking in Gundas form. He is having and external co ordination with Bajaj Finance firm and letting the customer in to soup. He is misusing the Girias plat form, this may lead to very bad impression on Girias from the customer end. Mr. Bharath firm of Bajaj Finance is not even attending my call from my mobile number. I have to connect to him from my friends mobile number. Mr. Rajendran from Bajaj Finance is the ever worst person i had faced . He is dragging the customer to the extreme end of patience. His words are seems to be like KATTA PANCHAYATH form. I here with request your kind end to do the needful at the earliest Tq.
