   Rude behavior with aggressive approach

   Dear management folks Herewith padmanabhan .recently I visited the girias branch west tambaram on 9/04/2024 for AC purchase enquiry sales person Mr Nirmal he didn't Disclosed the final offer he asked me to come on next day 10/04/2024 after login then only he said the final offer price wise I'm not satisfied so I asked for complimentary gift item but he is demonstrating excellent drama with us and also he is thinking that he is giving from his pocket and finally we are not satisfied with his deal I'm exited from store and widrawn the plan buying from girias again he called us asking to come again eventhough we went again again he started same story from scratch he is for ing to take the product according to his deal .actually that is not a sale and his way of talk and aggressive behavior is really hurted us .I have a great image on girias the person broken everything in few minutes in not the first time customers already I purchased tv last year in same branch .Mr Nirmal need to learn basic manners and raising voice is very worst part of customer service
