Worst store
The worst customer care center I have ever seen. No customer value, no time value. I had visited 5-6 times for my SIM migration still my request is not completed yet. They ask to come again and again for little work. No proper customer support is given. Also they lie told me that has submitted my request and processed in 12 hours still its not processed when I call 198 they told no such request has been received. Idea is a good service provider but this store is the worst store I had ever seen. I request idea to change the store staff.
