Badlyu maintaned, Unprofessional Idea shop, spoiling your brand name and image
V N Communications is the most unprofessional Idea cellular shop I have seen. Please pay a surprise visit to the place and see what goes on there. The shop is badly maintained, really filthy actually.. The lady manning the store Ms Ujjwala, does not havee basic training and courtesy to speak with customers. She is forever on personal calls when customers are sitting. The Mobile number she gives for status updates viz: +91 99 2222 8700 is hardly ever working, Always shows switched off status, Although the timings are given till 7pm, the shop is hardly ever open after 5pm. On 18August 2016, despite telling us to come for new SIM card at 5pm, the lady simply SHUT the shop at 12.30pm and never came back, PLUS the mobile was switched off. Is this the reason Idea has funded such third grade shops. ? These ill-trained personnel are spoiling the image and brand value of idea. Really pathetic customer service in this highly competitive market. You lost business. We wanted to buy 2 connections and a WiFi router. Since the lady was not there, we went to other shop and he suggested us Airtel. You lost business because of an unprofessional and ill trained customer care officer.
