   Sim documemts not updated

   I have submitted my sim exchange documents still my phone services are blocked and no action has been taken since last four days and customer care is also not providing proper information. I request you to take some action asap. Dont force me to take some action against the company

   Want compensation in exchange of irresponsible behaviour of customer care executives

   I have been calling and asking about my phone updates to idea customer care but every executive is giving false and half information. Because of the improper working system of idea showroom and executives my sim is blocked from last four days and i am suffering a lot because of it. And i have my net balance also which will lapse because of it. I definitely want it back. I will take strict actions against you
