ISSUE OF RECHARGE FOR THE MOBILE NO 9865244626 i have recharged for Rs.12 with offer 600 sms for 28 days which was received in m y mobile on 23.10.17. but after recharge there was a 250 message this is valid for 5 days. I have complaint the same issue in your rspuram showroom with screen shot of the message received. But till now the issue has not been cleared. So in connection with this issue i have decided to forward the screen shot and the video recorded during complaint and the conversation with the customer care team throguh phone to TRAI.
