Unneccesary charged for automatic services activation
My bill (Mob. No. 9837258251) for the month of Sep 2017 was Rs. 1012, when the same was discussed with customer care it was found that ISD calls were done. But my point is why the services was activated without customer knowledge, how can the plan be changed by idea customer care themselves. I even visited the idea store Muskan Cellular,49/1 OLD CANNAUGHT PLACE, ADJ CAPRI TRADE CENTRE, CHAKRATA ROAD, DEHRADUN, they assured me that required action will be taken of waive off, neither the amount was waived off nor I received call back as they stated.
