Hiii lifestyle, Around 3 days before i visited your pacific mall branch i have some coupon in my woohoo account but they are not able to redeem them. When i asked to cashier why its not working then they said we will do it sir give us 5 to 10 min i said ok. After 10 min i check again but they are not able to redeem the coupon. Again They said that give us few more moments I said ok again after 50 to 60 min when i asked that what happen then they again said that sir we cant accept this coupon is not able to redeem by machine. Then they called their senior they took coupon from me on whatsapp.. They click the pic acctually.. After that they talk to me and said that sir will take some more time thei is some error with the system.. (They totally Spoiled my day yar.. I was their around 12.30 pm i took 1.5 hour for shopping and 2.5 hour for billing).however i left my contact no. Their they said sir will call you asap i said ok. I left the place because i dont want to loose my day when i reached around clock tower then the called me and said that sir we changed the scanner now its working properly then again i went their with the family but again same problem. I was totally confused and i was thinking that today i came wrong place it was totally pathetic.. Their senior said that sir we are not able to do this but i will check from my head office.. Then i really leave the b*****it counter. I got too ????... If you want to talk me..right down on. [email protected]
