   Feedback on seawoods Grandcentral Manyavar store

   Hello Team, I would like to share my feedback of Manyavar Seawoods store. We purchased a Sherwani and Jacket on 24th June’17 at Lower Parel outlet and got it altered and collected from Vashi store. The piece needs to be further altered as the side stitch has come out a bit hence we visited the nearest outlet of our place in Seawoods Grand Central (Navi Mumbai) On 20th Aug evening, the response we received was really disappointing and not accepted. The store in charge lady addressed us saying "you need to get this stitched from the same outlet Lower Parel where as the customer care says different guidelines that the product can be altered from any nearest store, please find the live chat screen attached. The store manager was not supportive enough to check our concern instead she was more keen to direct us to LowerParel store rather than helping us with the solution. Immediately we called Lowe Parel store salesman and got him connected the line with this lady to provide us with solution. She denied with excuses that this was purchased a month back hence we can not take a call which didn't sound sensible and earlier she gave different excuse. Basically the lady didn't want to support the customer with the solution rather she was coming up with her own policies of Manyavar which is not true as verified from customer care and Lower Parel staffs. The Lower Parel staff also gave up saying the store lady is not cooperative hence requesting us to visit Vashi store. There is no internal coordination between your outlets and making customers run from one outlet to other. The Lower Parel and Vashi outlets management are much better and welcoming than seawoods grand central. Please consider my strong feedback about that lady manager and look forward to equal support from all outlets considering the fact that all Manyavar outlets are one.
