   Complaint against not received cash back

   Dear sir, I purchased clothes of around 10500/- from yous store on 15 Jan 2023, and your salesman told me to pay through Bajaj finserve card on which there is an offer of cashback and I was supposed to get a cashback of near 2250/- so I opted that...when I didn't got cashback I talked to that Bajaj finserve person Mr udai regarding this he told me it will come next month. But next month too i didn't received any so I visited the showroom where one of sales man told me to wait for the message of last emi today i received the message to pay my last emi and there is no cashback . I mailed last month to Bajaj finserve and they replied that it's from pantaloons side they will refund that I showed to your salesman. Still no response kindly look in to matter and plz refund my cashback...do respond as my emi is due on 2nd of April..
