Regarding our Experience

We purchased Nikon Dslr Camera from Kunjpura road Branch karnal in march month. But we faced a lot problems in services. First of all,we received unsealed camera having used battery and card. When we told them to give us new battery then they said we will get it as early as possible but till date we had received no reply from their side. We called and visited the store many times but every time they made same excuse that we will contact you soon. Now we faced some problem in display, when we went to them to get it fixed, they said we cant get it fixed you take it yourself to nikon centre. We are not authorized for it. The service is very bad and they do not support the customer neither give feedback. They only want to sell their goods. No service at all. Its shameful and very bad experience.
