    Complaint against the dealer for providing faulty piece of handset of LYF Wind 5

    That on 19/11/2016 at around 8 pm, I have purchased a Mobile handset- LYF Wind 5 by paying an amount of Rs.4000/- of which i am having receipt. The said box was not sealed pack when i purchased it. The same was having problem on Screen as lines were emerging on the screen of the said handset. Immediately that was noticed and informed to the dealer but he said that, that is not the problem and it is the wall paper of the handset due to which the lines are emerging, relying on the words of the dealer the said handset was taken by me. But after going home and scrutinizing the other functions of the handset and setting another wallpaper then also lines were emerging on the screen of the handset. On the next day i.e. on 20/11/2016, this was informed to the dealer but again for one or other reason the dealer tried to mislead me and tried his level best that i should use the same faulty handset. After making much efforts by me for long time in his outlet the dealer informed that their appears to be fault in the screen and the same will be replaced and fresh piece of Mobile handset shall be given to me on 21/11/2016 till 5 pm and accordingly given a receipt mentioning that the handset is with the dealer with the stamp and signature of the employee of the said dealership. Accordingly as per the commitment of the dealer, I called up the dealer but he informed that there is problem in the handset and the same will take more time to get resolved and further informed that i shall get the new fresh handset on 22/11/2016 till 5 pm. Accordingly I called dealer at around 4 pm on 22/11/2016, but the dealer flatly refused to handover new fresh handset to me and talked arrogantly with me cut my phone while i was talking with him. That, again i tried to contact the dealer but the dealer is not responding me. The dealer is unnecessary harassing me though i have paid the entire amount of Mobile Handset then also the faulty Mobile Handset has been given to me and now the situation became worst when the handset is with the dealer for replacement and he is not replacing the same and avoiding me and talking with me arrogantly and rejecting my phone calls. The name of the dealer/ store manager is Mr. Abid (9850228539). That, I am making this complaint against the dealer that the strict action be taken against the dealer/ store manager Mr.Abid and my grievance be resolved by tomorrow by handing over to me fresh new handset of which i have already paid the amount and having its receipt. In failure of the same I will initiate appropriate legal action of criminal as well of civil nature before the competent authority and Court of law. Kindly do the needful by tomorrow i.e. 23/11/2016.
