WAITING 40 MINUTES FOR BILL
I have visited your show room at 8 pm with my son . The purpose of visit was to buy a music system . My son selected a wireless mouse from the counter adjourned to music system . The sale person gave the mouse and told us to go third floor for billing. He did not accompany, we deposited in the cash counter and waited for 40 minutes. In spite of our repeated request the cashiers (4 persons) were there did not listen. I managed to meet the Manager in his chamber and came with us but did not solve the problem. We just returned from your show room without purchasing the material due to non billing by your staffs. It is not expected from Reliance groups. The higher and lower people who have been appointed need more training . They are not fit for the work assignment. They do not know courtesy as per my assessment. You can enquire the reason for waiting a customer for more than 40 minutes in the show room . Hope your higher authority will look into this matter.
