Employees over there are literally illiterate. Not talking in terms of studies or anything. They don't know how to deal with the customers. No order or line is followed there for doing payments. And instead of doing things right they say things like.. "ye India hai yaha konsa law order maana jata hai.. aap rehne do.. mai to pehle peeche wale bande ka hi bill karunga".. how do you employee such ignorant people and then expecting growth. I was not angry about the argument but the audacity of that man that he had nerves to criticize India and Indian rules openly over such a small incident made me offended and V2 here is celebrating Independence Day with all the tri colors and what not. Rules and regulations are not bad but people following them can be useless(not talking about every citizen). If possible, try getting the public reviews on google rather than all this feedbacks at the backend.
