Improper Service

I have visited 4 times to Shivranajni Store(Ahmadabad), to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid. 4 times above that staff person is impart the details only, which he wants to. No assistance had provided for offers or which offer suits better to customer. Just an attitude to wrap up customer as fast they can. Very lethargic behavior.

Not Happy

Staff has very lethargic approach. no assistance over imparting the plans to customer. Frequent visits for to complete one work.
