Complaint against staff

Staff working in Vodafone store sector-15 is very rude and humiliating. I want to complaint against a staff named "Jatinder Kaur" She has no way of talking to customers, she is so rude and loud. She shouted on me on my first visit to the store. She talks in a very ignorant way. I am so angry with her behavior towards me. Please take note of it.
