   Change in Plan

   This is to inform you that, I have requested to change a plan for the Mumbai number 8879040881. It's almost 10 days now. I have cleared the unbilled amount and paid advance 100 Rs to change the plan to 299 at the earliest. However, it's still not changed. Worst service I have ever seen from Vodafone. Please update the status or else we will go with other service provider.(Currently the person using this number is in Karnataka, so requested for 299 plan instead of 99 corporate plan

   Regarding payment

   Bill for the month of Jan - 2020 amount Rs. 405/-already paid in your branch at UDUPi. But payment not updated till dale. Please verify this matter.
