   Complaint against unwanted dedection

   Dear sir /madam here I want to share a bad experience with Vodafone network. In The midnight amount dedected from my Vodafone nub 9072190324 without any information.. I was complaint this to Vodafone customer care executive when first dedect amount from my nub. That time they said sorry and refund the amount its self.. yesterday again dedected 24 /- rupees.. kindly recheck and do the needful.. Faithfully Gayathri Antharjanam. 9072190324

   Payment of post paid bill

   Sir, I have paid my post paid mobile bill of #9946949624 at pathanamthitta outlet on 24/11/2020. Rs730 paid against bill for Rs712 and changed post paid to prepaid. Still daily I am getting message to pay the bill. Please look into the matter Thanking you

   My sim is not working it is showing no sim card emergency calls only it's the second time i am facing this no network showing pls do something about this
