   Prepaid No not Activating

   Sir/Madam, My no.9646368068 was supposed to be converted to Prepaid but since the 24th of April,2017 it has not commenced yet.Reading other complaints of other subscribers are also having same problems,I don't want to continue with Vodafone anymore,Kindly Deactivate my account as soon as possible.

   Complaint regarding employee of Vodafone office, Mall road, Ludhiana.

   This is to bring into your kind notice that my father(Mr.Avinash Kumar) and mother both are using Vodafone numbers since many years. On 10-05-2021, my father has already paid bills for both the mobile numbers by visiting at Vodafone office, Mall Road, Ludhiana,Punjab. But the person who was on duty,named Mr.Pinda,(Mr. Pinda's contact number-70877-76663) took the payment of Rs-220 for 98880-80702 and Rs-180 for 98884-32993 and did not paid the bill. My father visited again in same office as he was receiving many calls from vodafone side to pay the bill. By visiting again , my father is not receiving any respond from any of employee of Vodafone office, Mall road, Ludhiana.Punjab. So we are filling complaint against Mr. Pinda. Ki The details are given below.
