   Vodafone postpaid to prepaid

   Vodafone vi Ooty office very bad No proper responsable for the customer I went to office more than 10times to change postpaid to prepaid.. but staff are saying different story ... My bill amount is RS762 I'm ready to pay the bill And want to change to prepaid.. They are not giving proper answer.. Ooty office staff are very careless Need to improve. And try to solve my problem...
