Very bad service about Pal Trading co
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased tiles of Rs.7500 from "Pal trading Co" on Sunday (13th October 2019), On asking about the bill He refuses to give and said for any problem contact me. I have done the payment online and I have the transaction receipt also. The dealer has promised me that if a single tile will be damaged your product will be replaced with new. Out of my all packet only one was found damaged, On 16 October I visited the shop with the broken packet. The dealer misbehaved with me and did not return the product even took the broken packet. I being a customer request the Company to take some action against the Dealer.
