   New XUV 300 W6

   I bought new XUV 300 W6 on 7th of June'2023 I have an accident and on that car has problem with radiator. I return my car to Hamirpur agency on 14th of June afte that promised was done from agency staff that I will get car in 1 week. But they also told me file didn't come yet and once I will get file then I have to go to Lucknow RTO to collect RC original. When I reached Lucknow RTO officers told me they are not authorised to give me RC only agency have rights to collect RC. Even on Wednesday RC finally come (21.06.2023) Again promise got from agency staff I will get car by Monday or Tuesday max. Unfortunately today is 1st of July 2023 and now no one form orai service center and Hamirpur agency picking my call and calling back. What a service from Dhru Tara. When you guys was to sell car fallow customer like kutta and after selling car make Customer like kutta. pathetic service as well staff.
