Service Center Complaint
Dear Sir/Madam Every time I did service from Mahindra service center, our car is Scorpio S11 before going anywhere I did service from same Mahindra service center. This time I went service center to check weather every this is fine or not, so there is no response in service center. Later I have been requested to take a test drive and give me the conformation that my car is fine. They casually took the car and change engine oil. Then I started my journey from Kharagpur to Hyderabad then Bangalore. Lots of issue I was facing some sound was coming, there was no pick up when I have been calling the person who did the service he doesn't even bothering after many times, later he has responded and told to press two mode bottom for long time then automatically Engine RPM was increasing and decreasing for 25 min then they told to run the car for 60 km/hr for 20 to 30 km. I was facing same issue again and again, so many sounds was there from display light was blinking again and again. Its reflecting REG something.. Every time I take my car to your service center before going and after coming back from journey. They are not at all responding. We are paying the amount every time for every single thing. Even I have been interested to take Mahindra THAR from your Showroom even i have been talk with the sales man below i will attach the documents below, but this type of worst service now a days they are providing its really pathetic for the customer. We are waiting whole day to get service but they are not at all checking properly so i was facing issue.So I hope will take a necessary action about this matter.
