Sales after Service
My new tata Intra v10 was taken to auto axis service,jorhat which is 65 km from my place, as it shows some electrical issues. The service personnels refused to take the vehicle as it was not booked previously for servicing. After some request they took the vehicle and told me that they can give service after 2 days or more. They had too many vehicles under service and workshop is full, they said. But we could see there that the concerned mechanic who were assigned to work for my vehicle was roaming here and there, gossiping, did nothing started any job till 11.00 am. Where as they told us that they have lotsof vehicle to repair. They did not even check my vehicle. Finally We have to take the vehicle back and took it to another service center. Very dissapointing service by TATA dealers.
