My tanker no Mh 04 FU 6486 break down near your agency driver informed your company they visited n took vehicle with crane after repair when gst bill asked not provided n crane bill was charged 3000 n 1300 for driver ,further rs 5900 charged for clutch removal but extra rs 1180 charged again for clutch finger labor, when asked one Mr Sharma not answered properly n rude to customer, n next time he not answer call n passes msg to driver gst bill will be available after 2 days if such service by dealer who will by Tata ? Because of such practice Tata name spoiled in market hope you will ensure you service for customers betterment
