   Principal

   I did purchase a school bus from your esteemed firm's outlet in Khammam through a financier, though the finance amount was sanctioned and the bus was delivered to us on 12-06-2018, we are yet to receive the relevant records of the papers from your end...until and unless we get those records we will not be able to register the bus as per the Government norms....the people who are dealing with us from your sideat Geetha Motors at Khammam has got a lame excuse everyday..for not getting us the papers from your part. Kindly guide me where should I approach to get the justice done...we know that Consumer courts will help us regarding this matter....but my conscious do not allow me to do that , as TATA is a brand which I personally value in high regard. Hope to be favored with the needful on your earliest.
