    Hi, I had purchased LG LED TV (43” inch) on 27/10/2016, but LG TV not working on invertor. I have informed same problem to LG dealer, but he was not responding any time. Same concern has been informed to Mr Khatri (09839770888, 07678958463) & Mr Dheeraj (09839800653). Then one LG technician came and check issue and found TV adopter was faulty. Then I had replaced adopter with the help of dealer. I told to technician that please waits for some time and check, but he was fully confident that no issue will come after changing the adopter. He didn’t wait any more. After some time same problem occurred, same matter discussed with dealer, but he was not responding. Now again same problem occurred, then I am trying to reach dealer, but again same behaviour (not responding over phone).Then I have booked a complaint on toll free number dated on 18/12/2016 & complaint no is RMP161218045325. I have informed the same problem to Mr Dheeraj & will be ensuring to me that he look into the matter on Monday (19/12/2016). After discussing this issue with LG team I got response that this TV is not recommended on invertor, but this thing was not inform to me while buying t TV.
