Managing Director/concerned authority of kelvinator, fridge manufacturing company 3. Videocon company who is involved in it. 4. The general manager/ owner of National radio electronics near new bus stand, Kasaragod, form whom the fridge purchased Subject: deliberate cheating, faulty fridge supplied deliberately to torture, harass etc..company deliberately helping highly powerful SEX RACKET; deliberately cheating, deliberately refusing to rectify mistake and asking for more money for the same product to replace under warranty period, request you to make needed steps to solve the problem Respected sir 1. On 16-09-2016 I purchased a fridge (kelvinator refrigerator, model number is REF KN 183 EBR- FDW, nutricool and the serial number is 380716261300710468). from National radio electronics near new bus stand, Kasaragod, Kerala. It has offered 1+4 year warranty. On operating it is found that the fridge is faulty one and from the 04 sides of the fridge water is flowing continuously it is not moisture but water flows like a small stream. And it is noticed that there is no variant in the temperature inside the fridge when we change it. On 28-09-16 a complaint was made the customer care number given via SMS 53030. Technician came and checked and said there is manufacturing defect and composer is to be replaced and somebody will come. But no one came. So again complaint was made03-10-16 via sms. Still no one came. Again complaint was made via sms on 17-10-16. Still no one has turned up. 2. Then after a long series of complaints, one person came and took the fridge and replaced with another but exactly with the same problem and it seemed that it was an eye wash and deliberately done to pacify and to escape complaints but well indented to torture and harass. Then number of complaints were made but the personal concerned told me to deposit more money since the same model is not amiable. I was wildling but then when I checked the details of the model sent to me I noticed that it is again for cheating since same machine and the only difference was increase in the capacity and it was accepted by the person concerned. So I requested them to replace with the good one of the same model. 3. Until now no one has turned up. I have made more than 20 complainants. 4. Even on 21-06-17 I made the complaint with reference no CAL2106170038 but not even a single person has come and checked it until now even though I got message that they would come within 24 hours. Former CM Ommen chandy and a sex racket behind it!!!!!??? 5. Entire behavior/incidents shows there is deliberate financial cheating, supplied a faulty deliberately; not rectifying the fault under criminal conspiracy to torture, harass to cause accident, death etc…with the faulty machine and a highly powerful sex racket involving Shanker reddy DGP of Kerala state and former CM Ommen chandy and Arch bishop of Tellichaery George valiyamattam are using their agents to torturing me since complaints are made against them for their various criminal crimes against me including murder of 06 of my relatives and sexual exploitation of minor girls; and their agents misuse the company and their personnel. 6. Refusing in repairing or replacing with good one and even not truing up shows black hands behind the entire incidents 7. What is noticed is that there is deliberate deficiency of service against the agreement of purchase and warranty, and it has caused me lot of tension, financial loss, injury, discomfort and fear. Under the circumstances it is very difficult to use the fridge and most humbly I request you to make needed steps to solve the problem.
