Very disappointed by the attitude of the manager

They came to my house to service two punctured tyres. They took the tyres which were damaged. They said one was completely unusable and the other could be used as spare. So I purchased two tyres from them. After a while, there was no info from them. On enquiring, they said that the other tyre was also damaged and unusable. I asked why they didn't inform me; to which I was extremely rudely informed that it was my responsibility to check with them. So I asked for the damaged tyre back; to which they said the already scrapped it without informing me. More than the fact that it looks like a fraud, was the attitude of the manager who was extremely rude and not concerned. Maybe they were genuine and the tyre was actually damaged, but surely the have the responsibility to inform the customer before scrapping it and to talk to them in a respectful manner. May be a decent company, but people working there are unprofessional and disrespectful.
