Selling faulty tires and disappointing service.
Purchased 4 Michelin tyres 175 65 r14 on 2/Aug/2015 for my ford figo. One of the Tyre exploded while the car was sitting in the garage. Now the dealer, (Malti Motors, Bokaro steel city, Jharkhand), refuses to replaces the Tyre even though its in warranty period. They say its not their concern if the tyre was faulty. Its a small town, and very few dealers might be around, so their business wouldn't be effected much by this review, but personally I wouldn't suggest any of my family, friends or know acquaintances to ever purchase tires from this dealer.
