Unethical dealing and behaviour
This is a message particularly to IFB, which being a prestigious brand, dealers like Kuldeep Electrcre who are following unethical procedures while dealing with the customers are also damaging image of the brand. The dealers behaviour and misguidance to the customers is extremely shocking. There was deal that we cancelled with him for the same reason. He unethically deducted card charges with giving us prior intimation and was nit refunded as well. Irrespective of the value of the amount, the way it was deducted (without intimation) was not appropriate and unethical. This feedback is more to create awareness among the customers to be careful and specifically to IFB to keep thorough checks on their dealers - who are the major stakeholders competing on ground on their behalf with other brands.
