CI Hyundai cheats customer by selling car
CI Hyundai cheats customer by selling Car My name is Satish Thakre I'm proprietor of GNV India Advertisement, I have a car with number - MP04EA4813 purchase from CI Hyundai. I have been misguided by four of your employees at really responsible post namely Hemant Deshmukh (sales) Anil Ahirwar (sales) Amit Malik (GM) Vijay Adwani (account) while purchasing this car. When I was finalizing my car I asked all of these people to guide me about the details of tax included. I clearly asked them that is it possible for me to take GST input for the car, all of these people said yes you can. I was looking for tax input because I had less funds infact at first I was booking nios or aura. They suggested me to take this car assured me that I will get GST input on this. I get this information rechecked by Amit Malik sir and Vijay Adwani sir also. But now all of these people are getting off from their statements. They say that I will not be able to get GST Input and now I have to fill more then 150000/- as GST and my financial conditions are not good because of covid and lockdown. I am in a huge problem now because of all the people I mentioned above have cheated me and misguided me.Also when I got my new car it has scratches and some color was coming out, I did informed about these problems months ago and there is no response at all. I am here to register a complaint on employees of CI Hyundai( Hemant Deshmukh , Anil ahirwar , Amit malik, Vijay adwani ) for misleading customers and giving wrong information to increase sales and on CI Hyundai service center for not responding on complaints of costomers. Kindly, provide me solutions for all the above mentioned problems and take action on this kind of serious misbehave of the employees of CI Hyundai.
