Worst Service

I have given my Ciaz car for service and they have charged Rs.18000/_. There is no difference before and After servicing. Just they have applied wax polish and given to me.

Service was very poor and my car made scratch by your service team

HI , I have given my Maruti Baleno TN11S 1532 and while collecting the car after payment i saw some scratches and asked service attender he said no nothing . Then when i asked again and again he had done some first aid and written on out voucher next time while coming i will do this support. Then while out i saw cleaning was not good and oil spread many areas inside clean was very poor. So totally i do not have confident whether they have changed engine oil or not . i am doubt ful

Very bad service and arrogant service people

Really very bad service centre. It was good few years back but now it's very bad with arrogant attitude of people from bottom to top management. They never keep up the promise given to customers. My vehicle was told to be picked up at 8 am in the morning but got it picked around 10.45 am. Told would be delivered by 6.30 pm but got it only around 8.30pm. Promise was given by Mr.Darmendar and his team but no one spoke again when called. Very bad experience. Also the car is not clean both from outside and inside. Please think before giving to these people again for service.

Worst response and poor service

Handed over ciaz car for service, committed to complete the job within 2 days but they took one month to handover the car without attending my complaints that too after escalated the issue to customer care, never faced this type of response from any other service centre , suggest not to go to there, worst response from them
