   Incompetent Technicians at Viraj Automobiles.

   Hi VW team/Viraj Automobiles, Car no- KA03NB4955 Personal no- 9611887037 I have been a loyal customer to VW team since I purchased my VW Polo and I have been taking all the services from Authorized service center only. I stay in Faridabad sector 21D and I have VW service center in Delhi which is about 20 Mins drive from my house however I always visited Viraj Auto in Noida sector 6 which is 40 Mins + drive. This is due to the service levels and the professionalism of all the staff here, specially Ajay and Manager- Sunil Singh ji. About 1.5 years back I reported a crackling noise from car engine which happens only when I press gas paddle with low speed and higher gear, I visited 2-3 times and every time Mechanical team tried however could not fix. Finally they said 3 parts needs to be replaced, for which I paid around 10000 however same noise came after 2-3 days only. I again visited service center however they just press the engine belt and noise stops for some time and reoccurs after 4-5 Kms drive only. Finally I gave up and didn’t escalate to anyone since I had a very good reputation with team there. About 3 months back due to water, my car compressor had noise issue, I came to service center however I got to know that here they change complete compressor and could not replace the affected part. Hence I got the clutch system/Magnet changed for AC compressor from a good workshop in Faridabad. My current issue got fixed and along with that crackling noise issue which I was suffering from approx. 2 years also got fixed. This really makes me feel cheated wherein I paid 10000 for the incompetency of VW/Viraj Automobiles mechanical team. I am sure Ajay and Sunil ji would also recall how many times I have visited due to this issue. I am not escalation this immediately after clutch system/Magnet change, I got this part replaced on 12th Aug and since then I have driven more than 1500 KMs and no crackling noise came. Now service time is close and I am getting calls from Viraj Automobiles which really irritated me. I could post this on social media however I would like to give a chance to concerned and shall wait to see how will VW/Viraj team will compensate to this failure.
