Contacted this service Center for samsung front load washing machine repair and the technician (Mr Abhilsh Kumar, Mob 98475 80880) visited and without checking the washing machine properly , he arrived into a decision and indicated us that some of the valve to be replaced and it will attract an amount of Rs. 2,850/-. Charged Rs.500/- as advance and promised that the problem will be rectified by next day morning. But he has not responded as promised. The very next day he visited again and replaced the same and told us that the fault rectified. But the Problem is still persisting and no effective response from cool tech and their technician. Needless to say that the technician Abhilas has least knowledge of the same and no basic manners to deal with a customer
