Respected Sir/Mam; I bought a 10 OR E Mobile on Amazon and I received it last 15th July 2018... However 10 or E mobile was not working since 22nd September 2018... The mobile is not open... So at first I informed Amazon. amazon gave me a toll free no of 10 OR E. Then I contact them... After that I went 10 OR E's customer care in Kolkata and the address is - #Maa Manasha Apartment, AC 38 Prafulla Kanan, Kestopur Road, Kolkata 700101. Near Kesto Pur Bus Stand.# Then the customer care of 10 Or E's said to me- "the mobile's parts are not available at this time. Then they gave me a contact no & mail address (8585089910 & [email protected]) and call this no and when parts will be available then you come at this service center So my earnest request to you please see this matter as early as possible... Thanking you. Best Regards I SENT THIS MAIL ON 25TH SEPTEMBER... STILL THEY ARE NOT REPLIED.... THEY ARE NOT CONTACT WITH ME....
