Worst service and irresponsible

I have given by printer for repair just a power supply issue and they told me that it would be ready in two days and they will call me. No calls came for about two days then i called them and they told me that it was a board problem will be ready within a week. Waited a week still no calls from them so i called them and they told me that the printer head is also damaged and needs to be replaced. Then it has been 2 weeks after and still no calls from them.when i called them no response from them. Very bad service and experience and didn't expect this from a leading service centre in Kollam

No one ask support on this usless service center

Irresponsible tele caller in front office technical knowledge less technicians fake advertising so no one buy any epson printer......
